How the counts are defined
- Chinese chars:
\p{Script=Han}(CJK Unified Ideographs + Extension A) - English words: split on whitespace, drop empty tokens, each token counts as one
- Total characters:
str.length(code points) - Paragraphs: split on runs of two-or-more newlines, ignore empty splits
- Sentences: split on terminating punctuation
. ! ? …, drop empty splits - Reading time: 300 cpm (Chinese) and 250 wpm (English), summed
