Currently working on
- Polishing this site. Pulling my scattered work — old product
links, past projects, half-finished tools — under one domain.
Stripe / Creem / Cal.com are wired up. Next is the email list and
a real content flow.
- Taking on two or three new 1:1 consulting clients. Limited
monthly slots. Most of the work is helping early indie creators
wire up their first paid product — if your project feels stuck on
the conversion path, come say hi.
- Writing about indie development. Notes from building the
products, slowly turned into posts. Email is the lowest-friction
way to follow along.
Recently shipped
- Consolidated everything I make (products, consulting, proof)
onto a single domain
- Bilingual (zh / en) + dark mode for the storefront
- WeChat Pay + Alipay via Creem (merchant of record)

- Longer, slower notes on this site — not just product updates
- A couple of new digital products, mostly tools for indie devs
- “10 things to know before you ship a paid product” — still
undecided if it ends up as a post or as a product
